Two Crowns is a musical set in the Middle Ages, based on the life of Eleanor of Aquitaine, the legendary queen of both France and England. We took some liberty with history and through soulful songs and rich storytelling, the show explores her political brilliance, her pro-humanity stance, and her lasting influence on diplomacy, culture, and royal succession. At its heart, Two Crowns also celebrates the often overlooked community of women surrounding Eleanor who gave her strength and helped shape the course of history.
